If you find Hotmail not receiving emails, first check the Junk folder. Ensure that your mailbox is not nearing its limit. Reset the inbox filters. Head to the inbox folder on your Outlook and tap 'Filter.' Configure to 'All.' Choose the 'Sort' option and configure its order to 'Newest on Top.' You may also check email rules. Tap 'View All Outlook Settings.' Head to the 'Mail' tab and then to 'Rules.' Edit unnecessary rules and see if you receive new emails.
