I've been exploring different types of decaf coffee and came across Swiss Water Processed decaf coffee, which is often labeled as organic Swiss Water decaf coffee or water-processed decaf coffee. I understand that this method uses only water to remove caffeine without chemicals, but I'm curious about how it affects the taste, quality, and overall health benefits compared to other decaffeination methods like CO2 or solvent-based processes.
