I’m planning an upcoming lab/department showcase and will be working with an event design agency to handle the setup, branding, and overall experience. Since this is a mix of professional presentations and interactive displays, I want to make sure the agency gets a clear brief right from the start.
For those who’ve done something similar, what’s the best way to brief an event design agency? Should I focus more on the technical requirements, branding guidelines, or the type of audience we’re expecting? Any templates, key points, or do’s and don’ts you can share would be greatly appreciated.
