Hi everyone, 

I was chatting with a neighbor who owns a small farm, and he was explaining the complexities of the VAT rate agriculture Ukraine. 

It’s fascinating how much the tax on seeds and fertilizer can affect the final price of produce.

Is the agricultural sector currently under a "zero-rated" scheme to boost exports, or are there standard rates that apply to smaller farmers?
