icon openness I don't know it's like five dollars every two weeks it's pretty affordable but they don't great um so I did like a test when I started so I started I think May 7th so I started working out after my birthday so I don't know exactly when but after my birthday my breathing was April 12 so I started working out after that and then may made the first week of May kind of is when I saw my personal trainer for the first time so my starting weight was 127 and then yeah he made a plan for me now I you know what I really like is for as long he's super knowledgeable about like the whole huma rejuve allure n body you know he um he studies in convenience geology I think all the personal trainers there do and so it's a really great gym they they're very knowledgeable about the human body if you have any diseases illness at whatever medical conditions I think they're really there to you know tailor something for you which is really what I wanted so yeah honestly the first plan he did for me things were super out of my comfort zone but you know what I did it and the more I did be the workouts the easier it became which was really great so um yeah so far I've done two months I've done two different programs I mostly do weight training because McLaren wants me to gain muscle mass because of my condition he wants me to gain muscle mass and so right now kind of told me was like you know might not we're not focusing on weight loss so much right now but more you know gaining muscle mass and so but you know of course like I'm losing weight and and so my measurements from the June 6 so my bus was still at 31 but I definitely feel like I have way less like back fact my waist was 29 now remember my waist was a 30 but I kind of cheated it was more like a 31 and so you know I lost some and just with my waist and then my belly button area 33 and my butt shrunk it was at 36 um so the past few weeks you know I was like seeing
