1. How to buy?
You can buy it on alibaba website, we use Alibaba Trade Assurance to protect your interests and rights.
You can also pay by Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal, T/T, Credit Card, etc.
2. Sample Policy?
Usually, we provide existing sample for free.
For the Lashes, We send some sample for free, but please pay for the shipping cost.
For the Private Box Sample, we can provide digital video sampel and real box sample.
For Digital Video Sample, we will refund the money when you place a big order , but for real sample order will be not. for the printing mold and design will cost much, we are prefer your understnding, thank you .
3. What is Our MOQ?
For the lashes, Usually our MOQ is 10 Pairs for existing eyelash.
For the Custom Box, the MOQ is 100 boxes.
4.Shipping Policy
For the Lashes, after pay, we will shipping out the order within 24 hours. The shipping method id depend on customer request.we provide DHL/ UPS/FedEx/TNT/ePacket.
For the custom Box, If small the order, we will shipping out the it by express, if bulk order, we will shipping by air/sea. The final shipping method depond on customer request.
5. How much will my shipping charge be?
The shipping charge will depend on the weight and volume of your order,shipping methods, and final destination. Please inquiry us and our saleman will calculate the total cost for you
