Garment single dot fusible interlining uses coating technology to apply hot melt adhesive on woven (woven), knitted or non-woven base fabric (base fabric) to bond clothing accessories. Fusible interlining is a kind of fiber plane structure, attached with thermoplastic polymer compound, single dot fusible interlining keeps close fit with the clothing fabric. Through a certain temperature and pressure, the molten adhesive particles firmly adhere the interlining to the reverse side of the fabric, simplifying the processing technology of modern clothing to the greatest extent. In fact, non woven interlining fabric is also a kind of hot melt adhesive mesh. The difference is that the adhesive liner is rolled up layer by layer. After special production and processing, the hot melt adhesive mesh film is obtained, and then the adhesive lining is obtained by machine cutting technology.
