When you are unable to use one of the features of Trust Wallet on your device, then there are a few actions you need to take. Among those troubleshooting actions, the first thing that you need to do is update the Trust extension. On your Chrome browser, select the three-dots icon and then choose "Extensions" and then choose the "Update" option present next to the Trust extension.
